Zhou Yuying previously served as in-house counsel at a listed company, where she was primarily responsible for dispute resolution (commercial litigation, handling administrative complaints and reports, negotiations), domestic and international compliance, investment and M&A, domestic and cross-border contract review, internal control and process development, anti-fraud and internal audit, among other duties.

She possesses a deep understanding of corporate internal operations and control systems, along with strong logical thinking, litigation strategy formulation, coordination, and negotiation skills. She has developed a broad perspective for addressing complex and challenging situations and a client-focused, multi-dimensional approach to dispute resolution. The total value of cases she has handled exceeds CNY 2.1 billion. She has participated in multiple litigation cases involving technology development contracts, intellectual property infringement, construction projects, and labor employment, accumulating rich experience in resolving difficult cases.
Zhou Yuying has received nearly 20 honors, including the National Scholarship, and has participated in exchange programs at Michigan State University in the United States and Xiamen University. She has published an article titled "Extraterritorial Examination and Local Reference of the Ex Officio Deregistration System for Individual Businesses" in China Market Regulation Research.
