Professional Experience

Mr. Shengliao Liu previously served as legal counsel for several large and medium-sized cultural media enterprises. He later practiced at Hunan Jinzhou Law Firm and Beijing Jingshi (Tianjin) Law Firm, and served as the director of Hunan Jinzhou (Zhangjiajie) Law Firm and as the deputy director of the Culture, Tourism and Exhibition Professional Committee of Tianjin Bar Association. He is currently a lawyer at Beijing Haiqin Law Firm, a member of the Beijing Cultural and Entertainment Law Society, and a member of the Culture, Tourism, Media and Sports Law Professional Committee of the 12th Beijing Lawyers Association.
