Attorney Yao Cui has represented clients in numerous complex litigation cases involving private equity fund managers, covering issues such as the validity of capital preservation agreements, expulsion of limited partners, and dissolution of limited partnerships. One of his cases concerning whether an expulsion resolution can apply to a two-person partnership was selected as one of the 2025 Annual Cases by Chinese Courts.
