Professional Experience

Mr. Chunlin Tang previously served in the Legal Department of China Railway Materials Harbin Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for handling major risk incidents, managing complex and difficult cases for the company and its subsidiaries, and overseeing corporate legal risk management and prevention.

Since commencing practice, he has represented clients in several hundred civil litigation and arbitration cases, consistently achieving favorable results and accumulating extensive practical legal experience. In enforcement proceedings, he employs a full range of enforcement measures to identify and secure judgment assets as comprehensively and accurately as possible. Even in complex cases, he is able to achieve effective enforcement outcomes, helping clients not only obtain favorable judgments but also recover proceeds, thereby safeguarding their creditors’ rights. He also serves as standing legal counsel for multiple government agencies and companies, with a client portfolio that includes the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, as well as enterprises in the chemical, tourism, trading, real estate brokerage, hotel management, biotechnology, and internet sectors. Mr. Tang is highly regarded by clients for his professional competence and quality service, having received numerous banners of appreciation, and has effectively protected clients’ interests.

Mr. Tang is currently a member of the Public Interest and Social Responsibility Committee of the Fourth Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, and a member of the Litigation Business Research Committee of the Fourth Chaoyang District Lawyers Association; he is also a mediator at the Mediation Center of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises; and he serves as a member of the Committee on Legal Affairs of “Two Zones” Construction and Business Environment of the 12th Beijing Lawyers Association.
